The installed 4.8 m² s-power solar heating system (30 tubes) feeds into a 300 litre bivalent (two bar tube heat exchangers) reservoir.
The s-power solar pump group S -2 Solar 30 with the integrated TDC 3 controller monitors the temperatures in the collectors and the reservoir and controls the solar pump when there is a sufficient difference in temperature.
There is a temperature-mix valve installed on the outlet of the domestic hot water. This valve reduces the warm water temperature to the value that has been set in order to avoid scalding.
If no solar energy is on hand, or too little, then the gas condensing boiler heating system takes over the supply of the domestic hot water.
